Privacy Policy

We collect only what you choose to send us through the forms on this site: your name, email address, an optional description of your job-search challenge when you join the waitlist, and the subject and message when you contact us.

This website does not use advertising trackers or sell personal information to third parties.

Waitlist details are used to send ApplySafe product and availability updates. Contact messages are used to reply to you and to improve the product. We do not use your information for any other purpose without asking you first.

Submissions are stored in a hosted database operated on our behalf by our infrastructure provider. Access is limited to people working on ApplySafe.

We keep waitlist and contact records for as long as the project is active or until you ask us to delete them. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your details at any time by emailing esparance7@gmail.com.

The ApplySafe browser extension is still in development. A dedicated extension privacy disclosure describing exactly what page data is processed will be published before the extension is released, and it will also appear on its store listing.

ApplySafe is an early-stage product. It provides informational guidance only, does not guarantee that any job listing or employer is legitimate, and does not provide legal, financial, employment, or immigration advice.
